Problem : Webpages will not display.

Reason : Sometimes the DNS (domain name servers) aren’t working properly. You can find out by following the steps below.

Solution Part A:
1. Click on the Start Button
2. Click on Run
3. Type in "command" or "cmd"
4. Type "ping www.yahoo.com"
5. If you get a reply, than you are fine. If not:
6. Type in “ping 66.118.220.50”
7. If you get a response, then there are possible DNS problems.

Solution Part B (for Windows 98):
1. Double-click on My Computer
2. Double-click on Dial-Up Networking
3. Right-click on the Brainstorm connection and then click on Properties
4. Click on the "Server Types" tab up on the top.
5. Click on TCP/IP settings.
6. Enter the following DNS numbers:
• Primary: 66.118.220.50
• Secondary: 66.118.220.20
