Log Into Your Online Account Manager

When accessing your online account manager your username and/or password may possibly be different than your regular email username and password. As you log in for the first time try using the part of your main email address before the "@" symbol as your username and your regular email password. If this does not work, give us a call at 970-247-1442 or 877-651-6299 and we'll confirm your login for you so that you can manage your account online.

  1. In your Internet browser go to https://account.brainstorminternet.net/projects/piwi6/index.php
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click the Login button.

 

Change Your Email Password
  1. Log in to the online account manager as described above.
  2. Click on the Services tab.
  3. Click on the plus sign to the left of Email.
  4. Click on the email address you want to change. 
  5. Type in the new password and click Update

The next time you check your email in your email program you should be prompted to change the password there as well.

 

Add A New Email Address

Your online account manager enables you to add new email addresses to your account any time you like.

  1. Log in to the online account manager as described above.
  2. Click on the Services tab.
  3. In the drop down list in the lower center area of the screen confirm that Email is selected as the type of new service to add.
  4. Click the Add New Service button.
  5. In the next window that comes up click on the Domain drop down list and select the email address domain that you would like to use.
  6. Click in the Username box and type in the desired username that you'd like to use. (your username is the part of your email address before the "@" symbol so only enter that part of the desired email address. The domain is the part of the address after the "@" symbol. So the username plus the domain makes up your full email address).
  7. Click in the Password box and enter the desired password for your new email address.
  8. Click the Update button and you're done.

 

Activate Credit Card AutoPay

Credit Card AutoPay is an automatic billing feature enabling you to pay your monthly Brainstorm bill automatically from your major credit or debit card. AutoPay also allows you to save $2.00 each month by removing the Paper Billing Fee from your account.

  1. Login to the online account manager as described above.
  2. Click on the Credit Card Info link that you'll see on the left.
  3. Enter your card information.
  4. Click the Update button and you're done!

On your next billing cycle your balance due will be automatically paid and you'll never have to write a check to Brainstorm again!
