3-7M DSL is our fastest DSL option. It provides the extra bandwidth needed for heavy Internet users who transfer or share large files, video feeds or frequently connect to offsite networks. Why do we call it 3-7M rather than a specific speed? As DSL speeds climb into the higher numbers, the nature of the technology makes it become increasingly sensitive to variable conditions that are present in the telephone network infrastructure. Dependent upon the wiring facilities at your location, your distance in wire miles from the telephone central office and several other factors will naturally affect higher DSL speeds. So depending on your individual situation, you can expect to see speeds somewhere between 3Mpbs and 7Mpbs and no specific speeds are guaranteed.
